ViralMemesFX hosts short clips uploaded by users. We respect the rights of copyright owners and remove infringing material promptly when notified.

Filing a takedown notice

Email hello@viralmemesfx.com with the subject "DMCA" and include:

• The URL(s) of the sound(s) on this site.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
• Your name, address, email and, if applicable, the rights holder you represent.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are actioned within a few business days; the uploader is notified where possible. You can also use the Report button on a sound page and pick "Copyright / I own this" for a faster first step.

Counter-notice

If your upload was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the removal email with a counter-notice containing your contact details, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside.

Repeat infringers

We block uploads from users who repeatedly infringe.
